DEMTUR's ROLE AS AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE:

DEMTUR acts as an intermediary for providing travel services on behalf of the customer. The customer authorizes DEMTUR to act as an intermediary for accommodation, flights, and other travel services. DEMTUR only plays the role of an intermediary in contracts made with service providers and does not accept any responsibility regarding the services provided.

WEBSITE USAGE AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

To access the website and make reservations, users must be 18 years old or older. The customer assumes full financial responsibility for all transactions made through the website.

Access Code:

Customers will be given access codes to log into the website. These codes can only be used by the customer and cannot be shared with others. For security purposes, passwords may need to be changed.

MAKING A RESERVATION:

The customer can make a reservation by searching for travel services on the DEMTUR website and entering the required information (accommodation, flights, dates, etc.). To complete the reservation, payment must be made and approval must be obtained from the service provider. DEMTUR will confirm the reservation once payment is received.

VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT:

The customer agrees to these terms when making a reservation. These terms apply to all transactions made through the website. The customer must enter all transaction details correctly and contact DEMTUR in case of any errors.

PRICES:

The prices on the DEMTUR website are valid only for the markets selected by the customer and are confidential. Prices are listed in Euro or the applicable national currency. Any tax increases will be added to the prices.

UNAUTHORIZED ROOM BLOCKING:

The DEMTUR system is only available for free independent traveler (FIT) bookings. Blocking multiple rooms or services and making anonymous reservations are prohibited.

CONTENT:

DEMTUR allows the customer to use all content on the website (texts, photos, descriptions, etc.) only under specific conditions. This content cannot be sold or distributed to other travel agents.

LEGAL STATUS AND JURISDICTION:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and in the case of any disputes, the Girne District Court shall have jurisdiction.
